However, we understand that issues may arise. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a partial refund or a replacement, depending on the situation. Please note the following guidelines:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we will determine whether a partial refund or replacement is appropriate.
Eligibility for Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for situations where a repair or adjustment to the item is feasible.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations:
We cannot offer refunds for slight variations in color, pattern placement, or other minor imperfections that are part of the handmade process.
Issues caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
